By booking a session with Dani Monteiro, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
• All readings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment method: PayPal (details provided upon booking).
• Pricing is based on session length and service type. In-person house calls within the Dallas area (15-mile radius) include an additional $50 travel fee.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice are non-refundable.
• No-shows or missed sessions will not be refunded.

3. Session Delivery
Readings are done via FaceTime, using a secure link that works on both iPhones and Android devices. You’ll receive this link via text one day before your session, so please be sure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking. At your scheduled time, simply click the link to join your reading in a calm, private space.

4. Mediumship & Energy Work
• Mediumship readings may require a personal item connected to your loved one to help tune into their energy. This applies to house calls or in-person readings only. 
• While loved ones may present themselves during a reading, their appearance is not guaranteed—it depends on your energy and what’s most needed at the time.

5. Disclaimer
• Sessions are for spiritual and intuitive guidance only.
• Dani Monteiro is not a licensed therapist or medical professional and does not offer diagnoses, treatments, or medical advice. Please seek professional care for physical or mental health concerns.

6. Respectful Conduct
• All clients are expected to maintain a respectful and open attitude. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will result in termination of the session without refund.
• This is a safe and inclusive space for all identities and backgrounds.

7. Personal Responsibility
• Readings are a tool for insight and reflection—not a substitute for personal decision-making. You are responsible for how you choose to apply the guidance received.
